Before you activate.
I already have a WordPress site: can I bring it here?
Yes. After activation, write to us from the panel: we take care of the transfer, files and database, and tell you when to change the DNS.
What happens if I cancel?
The site stays active until the end of the period already paid. Before closing we hand you a full backup, so you can take it wherever you like.
Where are the servers?
In Italy, on cloud infrastructure we manage directly. No reseller in between.
Can I install the plugins I want?
Yes, the WordPress is yours. We let you know if a plugin is known to be problematic or abandoned, because we are the ones doing the updates afterwards.
