Which data we process

Server logs. When you visit the site, the server records IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. They serve security and the proper functioning of the site and are deleted within the technical log rotation period.
Emails you send us. If you contact us, we use your address and the content of the message only to reply. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request.

What we do not do

We use no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics tools.
We do not sell or pass on your data.
Fonts and images are served from our own server: no request goes to external services while you read this page.

Where the data is

The site is hosted on servers in Italy, on cloud infrastructure we manage.

The products

Each product (Artiko Hosting, Yourside, Element Node) has its own privacy policy on its own website, because it processes different data: an account, a website, a support session.

Your rights

You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing by writing to info@artiko.ai. If you believe a processing activity breaks the law, you can contact the supervisory authority of your country.
